Beauty Products I Can't Live Without

Hi Friends, warning... this is a long post... but totally worth it!
It has been a while since I shared a blog post and reviewed some of my favorite products.
If you follow me on Instagram you know that I have had some face changes over the past year. I started developing severe redness on my cheeks and nose. I was having such a hard time finding anything that would help or cover my warm cheeks and the redness. I was honestly really freaking out because I had been using some really high end products and after talking to some people I over worked my face. I had to find something that was going to be gentle and still do the job of keeping my skin clean without inflaming it.
Welcome Tula. I am sure that if you follow a lot of bloggers you have seen a lot of them use this line. I was given some samples to try for 14 days and I was so surprised how gentle it was on my skin. I now use the face wash daily as well as the mask! I have seen a decrease in my facial redness as well as my skin tone returning to some what normal.  I was given this cute Purity face wash from Philosophy also a really gentle wash and I have loved it. I have pretty sensitive skin and these products have had incredible results for me.
Nuetrogena make up wipes are something I can't live without. I love the way these leave my skin feeling and I use them everyday to take off my make up. These are perfect for taking off temporary tattoos off your kiddos too! 😁
Now, on to IT Cosmetics. Up until last year I never wore foundation or cover-up. I was always fine with bearing it. When my skin started to get really red and enflamed I had to find something to help soothe and calm the redness. I went to my local Ulta and Sephora searching for help. I found the Bye Bye Redness cream and at Ulta you have a 60 day money back guarantee. I was desperate to try it. I felt confident this would give me relief since I knew the creator also struggled with redness. I bought this product in Feb. and have used it day and night. I have never had a breakout or reaction to it. I have seen a huge difference in my face. The warmth, redness and overall feel of my skin has gotten so much better. I do wish this had SPF in it, but alas I am sold on this company! More of that later!

Onto the make-up.... It Cosmetics is really my holy grail of make-up. I love the cream as you know, and I started wearing a little bit of the CC cream this past summer (btw this stuff last forever) I saw that it was giving me good coverage and I loved the slight illumination in my skin. I also paired the cream with the Bye Bye Redness coverup. I really love this product. I started mixing it with the foundation I did find it dried out on my skin a bit, but skin I started combining them it works great! I have found with IT Cosmetics that a little goes a long way. No need to use tons! I scooped up this setting powder from Elf that I put on after my foundation is on and I really like the way it feels. I recently got sucked into watching some amazing beauty bloggers talk about cover ups... I snagged this one from NYX for $4.99 at my Target and I am sold. I wear the light in this and put it under my eyes then blend it in. It is so amazing and makes my dark eyes disappear. I swear by the NYX lipgloss and if you opened my bag you would find like 6 of these floating around! I love the eclair, and creme brulee flavors! The Naked3 from Urban Decay eye shadow pallet is new and I used a gift card for this baby! These pallets are some of my favorite and I really love how the pigment stays and last. This is one of my favorite eye shadow brands. The Too Face lip plump gloss really works and gives you a little tingle. If you are looking to get a fuller lip quick, snag this from Ulta or Sephora for under $14. The GrandeCosmetics lash primer, serum, and mascara was sent to me from Influenster to try and I can't get over the results.  I love this stuff. The primer is incredible and gives my lashes major length and volume. I am loyal when it comes to my mascara so the lashblast Fusion is always on hand!

On to hair... because this girl believes the higher the hair the closer to Jesus! Just Saying! I have searched far and wide for a root boost that will give me the volume and texture I want. I only wash my hair like every 4 or 5 days( i know) so dry shampoos and root boost is really important to me. I tried this Moroccan Oil root boost and have really liked it. I do it on wet hair and then blow dry up to create volume. I have been using this Dove volume and so far it is good. I will try the scented one next month, overall I think it gives it some texture when I need some life. I do use good ole fashion baby powder when I feel I need it. You all should know that I have major hair growth and have to color my roots like every month. For my in between times I swear by this Loreal magic root cover up. It works and stays and helps make your coloring stretch. Out of all the hairsprays in the world, and believe me I have tried a lot I have settled on Nexxus this past year. I love the way my hair feels and smells after I use it. I love the way it holds my hair in place and last!
